Having spent over 25 years in Waxahachie, we have gotten to know and love this community. We wanted a product type that not only takes into consideration how people live today, but that reflects the community in which The Cottages sit; welcoming, cheerful, safe and supportive.

Today’s modern lifestyle provides us with so much access and ability – what a gift! But with that comes busyness and time spent anywhere but home. The smaller footprints and common walkways of the cottages mean less maintenance, more flexibility and natural places to meet.
